Another newborn!

Fun family session at the coast.  We had overcast weather which makes for wonderful portrait light!

During a newborn shoot the mom took the newborn to the nursery for a change and quick feed.  Well, the dad and I just couldn’t resist grabbing a few shots of the family dog.  What a cutie!

This mother-daughter pair were really fun to photograph.  We shot at Stanford Campus, one of my favorite places to photograph. There is always lots of great light there!

Bay Area Portrait Photography.  Family, children, newborn and baby photography from San Jose to San Francisco.

This baby was a delight to photograph.  He was all smiles.  I set up my studio in this client’s home.  For most of the session we focused on studio shots.  Towards the end of the session with grabbed some some natural light shots.  We ended up with a nice mix of images that will make gorgeous wall displays, desktop portraits  and even a  grandparent coffee table book.

I loved this session.  This family was new to the area and really wanted to have shots that featured the GG Bridge.  Baker Beach is a perfect location for that.  We were there until sunset so made use of the wonderful warm light!  Hope you enjoy these.

We started the shoot with some fun props and then we ended with some messy finger paint fun.  At first she was hesitant to put paint on her body but then she really got into it and had a blast!
